The Terms and Conditions cover acceptance of orders: carriage; post and packing; delivery; returns; refunds and exchanges; payment terms; product specifications and dimensions; supply; copyright, property and titles; force majeure (meaning that if some event like war or a natural disaster, outside the control of a client or this business, prevents one or both of us fulfilling our obligations to the other, they are released from them); trade names and marks; cancellation; warranty; our liability; health and safety and consumer protection; and some other points).
On returns and refunds, our policies are as follows:
Whenever we sell you something, it remains our property, of course, until it has been paid for. If you have to cancel an order, the (Consumer Protection) Distance Selling Regulations (2000) mean that you have a cooling-off period of 7 working days in which to notify us from the day after you have received goods.
To do so, you can write to us, although for the sake of speed you are welcome to use email, telephone, or both. An automated email message will already have been sent to you by us to inform you about the Distance Selling Regulations and about your rights to cancel.
You will have the full price refunded as long as you have paid for the goods and complied with the Regulations. Because you as the customer are responsible for paying for the return of the goods, we recommend that you retain a receipt of postage by Royal Mail by returning your wig by Special Delivery.
We ask you to return the goods in the original packaging with all the original labels attached. Enclosing the delivery note with the package will allow us to refund you more quickly.
Please ensure that the wig or hairpiece is not exposed to perfume, hair product, tobacco smoke, or food or other smells. Any sprays, conditioners, shampoos or other sundries that are returned must not have been used. Finally, human hair wigs cannot be accepted for return if they have been restyled.
