How about delivery and website security?

Delivery

United Kingdom delivery times and costs: we use Royal Mail’s Post Office Services Special Delivery for orders to be delivered in the UK. If the product is in stock, delivery normally takes one or two to three days. If it is not in stock for any reason, please allow three to ten days for delivery. Our charges for postage and packing, including Special Delivery, are: for 1 to 2 items, £6; for 3 to 5, £8.00; for 6 or more, £10.50.

Please remember that all Special Deliveries require a signature at the time of delivery. If you are out when they call Royal Mail leave an ‘out card' giving you a number to contact them to arrange a convenient delivery time or another delivery address. If you want your order to arrive on a certain day, a Special Delivery can be arranged for it, to arrive before noon on the following day, from Monday to Friday.

Outside UK delivery times and costs: the normal delivery time is four to twelve days. Our charges for postage and packing are £15.00 for the USA, and £20.00 for the rest of the world.

Website security

Once you start using our payment pages the information that you send to us is encrypted automatically by PayPal for your privacy and security, and thus unable to be seen by anyone else. All client details remain encrypted. We never pass your e-mail address on or sell it to third parties.

Our computers do gather information about the identity of your internet service provider and computer and very basic details of when you accessed our site, as do most web servers on the internet, but these almost entirely concern the technical details of the process, and it is impossible to discover the actual identity of an individual website user from this information. We only use details of your name, e-mail address, addresses for shipping and billing, and your credit/debit card number to complete transactions that you request, or to give you information about our products and services.
