Please note that we cannot send out your order until your cheque has cleared or you can order online via http://www.deannewentworth.com/checkout by using your Paypal account, or simply use your credit/debit card via Paypal
You do not have to have a PayPal account to buy online from us but you may find having one helpful – see below.
Why PayPal?

For millions of people across the world, it makes transactions safe by its use of a secure server.
It does not share your card details with the merchant. This helps to reduce credit card fraud.
When buying something online, you are transferred to the PayPal site for the transaction to be processed. If you do not have a PayPal account, just click on the link to the left of the login section, and you can then enter your credit card details securely.
You need not sign up for a PayPal account. You can pay by credit card, and then choose whether or not to save your information in a PayPal account for future purposes.

We always use discreet labels and packaging
We always use the Royal Mail’s Special Delivery or its Airsure service. This guarantees next day delivery within the UK
We deliver to most EU and many other countries. If you are ordering from outside the EU, please be advised that we cannot accept returns
Package and Postage Information:
When you have chosen your wig and placed your order, postage and packing will be applied and will be displayed clearly in your basket.

Postage within the UK is
1 or 2 products - £6.00
3 to 5 products - £10.00
6 or more products - £12.00
Postage to European Union Flate rate - £12.00
Postage to the USA and Canada and Rest of the World Flat rate - £20
Orders in the UK are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery. Orders sent abroad are sent using Royal Mail International Sign For or Airsure. Goods are packaged in waterproof bags, and in discreet packaging so that the contents if packages cannot be known until they are opened. We are unable to offer timed or weekend deliveries. Once your order has left our office an automated email will be sent to you. If there are any problems with your order we will contact you by email. Please use a valid email address. Please check your email junk/spam folder if you use one of the many free email services such as Yahoo or Hotmail.
